None. Maintenance is included in your subscription. We replace the pads and the battery when they are due as a full exchange: you receive a ready-to-deploy defibrillator with a prepaid return, to send your previous one back for free.

The only thing you can do is regularly check if there's still a green light flashing: this means the defibrillator is fully ready. Is this not the case? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange quickly.

There is only a 3-month minimum term. After that you can cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.

Anyone can deploy a defibrillator in case of an emergency. We chose Philips defibrillators because they are very simple to operate. The device guides you step by step with clear voice instructions. And it will only deliver a shock if needed. Training is optional, but recommended so everyone feels confident in an emergency.
