This plan includes the Philips HeartStart HS1 AED with battery and adult pads installed. You also receive a carry case, a wall bracket with AED signage and a first aid kit.

Your subscription further includes full maintenance, free replacement after use or fault and ongoing warranty and support.

Please note that the device stays Pulse4all's property. If you end your subscription, the device goes back to us.

Contact us to request a new device free of charge. We ship a replacement device within 2 days and include a prepaid return for the old unit, helping you stay covered after an incident or fault.

None. Maintenance is included in your subscription. We replace the pads and the battery when they are due as a full exchange: you receive a ready-to-deploy defibrillator with a prepaid return, to send your previous one back for free.

The only thing you can do is regularly check if there's still a green light flashing: this means the defibrillator is fully ready. Is this not the case? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange quickly.

There is only a 3-month minimum term. After that you can cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.
