Returning your defibrillator

The defibrillator and all accessories remain the property of Pulse4all. When your rental ends, we ask you to return them within 7 days.

What to return

The defibrillator, the carry case, and the battery and electrodes. Returning the device costs you nothing. Use the prepaid return label or one of the options in your confirmation email.

If the device is not returned in time

• After 7 days: a late return charge of £10.00 per day, for a maximum of 22 days.
• After 30 days: a replacement fee equal to the current market value of the defibrillator, up to £2,000.00, plus applicable administration costs.
• If the device or payment remains outstanding, Pulse4all may start debt collection proceedings or report the matter as theft, in line with the Consumer Terms.
